DAMAGES & RETURNS

We take pride in the excellent quality and value of our merchandise at Emmer & Oat. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with store credit or exchange.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Emmer & Oat must be notified of damages or of the intent to return within 3 days of receipt of merchandise, returns are for store credit only.

Please provide us with your Sales ID or Invoice Number in the subject line with the following information in the body:

Size(s) & Color
Total Quantity
Reason for Return

Please include Photos of defective item(s) (If defective) in the email as an attachment.

We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier as we are not responsible for any lost items. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges. All other returns that are passed the return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
