Shipping Policy

  • All available orders by 12:00pm EST are shipped UPS the same day. All orders after this time will ship the next business day. Packages will be shipped business days Monday-Friday.

  • Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays.
  • Emmer & Oat is not responsible for delays by the US postal system

  • Emmer & Oat is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged. Please keep your tracking number and contact UPS Customer Service with any issues.

  • Emmer & Oat is not responsible for International Duties or Customs charges

  • All of our shipments for US & Canada include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your order has been marked as "delivered" to your address order but you have not received the package, please contact your local Post Office to investigate the issue. Emmer & Oat cannot be held accountable for packages where the tracking information says it was delivered to your order address.
